We are currently only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand soon.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days. We ship using USPS, once a package is picked up and scanned by USPS it is now in their control. You will receive a shipping notification when the package leaves our studio. Allow up to 5-10 business days before seeing your tracking details go live. Due to coronavirus-related delays with USPS, please expect a delay in shipping and receiving your order.
Please make sure your mailing address is correct to avoid any delays. We cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. If your package is stolen, please contact the courier immediately.
All of our candles are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped. If there is damage during shipping we will replace or refund products if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of delivery. Contact us and we will process your exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used candles.
We will gladly accept returns on any items that are in their original, unused, and packaged state. If you decide to return an item(s) you are responsible for the cost of returning the package.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please first return the item and then place a new order.
